New Google Calendar

FCCB has now joined the 20th Century - we have a centrally updated calendar. It's a Google Calendar which reflects the most accurate church schedule.

Printing out your new Calendar

You get to the new Calendar in the same way as before - by clicking Calendar in the main menu (above) or by clicking Calendar at the bottom of the Index page.

If you play with the new calendar a bit, you will find out all the ways you can look at it on screen - by the week or month; but if you want to print out a whole month - as you have been used to doing prior to our becoming so high-techy - you may want to follow these instructions:

1. Use the right/left arrows at the left of the screen to select the month you want to print.

2. Click Month to set the system to print out a whole month (or Week if you want to print only one week.)

3. Single-click the print icon [] to open the Calendar Print Preview screen.
Note: Double-clicking prints immediately, without letting you setup the print.

4. Select: a small font, landscape format.

5. Click the Print button at the bottom right of the screen to bring up your own printer's selection screen.

Note: You may need to set your printer to produce a landscape printout to ensure that you really get a landscape print. Sometimes there's an incompatibility between Google and your own hardware.

If your calendar doesn't print out the way you'd like, experiment with even smaller fonts.
